NASA has decided to keep its seismometers running longer than anticipated.

The crew has revised the timeframe to maximize the science because the rover's solar power

 the end of June, the seismometer InSight's final operational science instrument 

The crew will now modify the lander's programming to allow the seismometer to run for longer
