Incredible images of the 2022 Buck supermoon from around the world

Moongazers worldwide were treated to a spectacular display by the biggest full moon of 2022 on Wednesday (July 13).

The name of the full moon in July is derived from the antlers of male deer, or bucks.

This year's Buck Moon is designated as a supermoon because it occurs while Earth's satellite approaches its closest point to Earth 

The full moon in July was the third of this year's four consecutive supermoons, which occurred from May to August.

The Buck Moon was a magnificent sight, allowing photographers to take beautiful pictures.
